Welcome to Learnimize! I'm absolutely thrilled to have you here.

I'm a certified K-6 & ESL teacher with over FOURTEEN years of teaching experience across the globe, three of them ONLINE. I've taught in various settings – online, in-person, public, charter, private, and even internationally in the Czech Republic!

Credentials & Experience:

  • I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Education specialized in educational technology and ESL.

  • I've had the privilege of working with the International Baccalaureate framework for over six years.

  • With nine years of leadership experience, I've delved into teacher mentoring, curriculum design, and leading teams.

Teaching Philosophy:

  • I have a passion for helping learners of all ages and levels shine.

  • I believe every student has a unique learning style that deserves attention.

  • My teaching focuses on nurturing the whole person, encompassing mental, physical, social, and emotional growth.

  • Creating a safe environment where ideas can flow and risks can be taken is a cornerstone of my teaching.

  • I bring an open mind, positivity, and high expectations to every online classroom session.

  • My goal is to ignite curiosity through inquiry-style learning, guiding students to find their voice, gain confidence, and steer their learning journey.

At Learnimize, we believe every child is unique and that children should learn in ways that meet their needs, their interests, and their learning styles.

Homeschooling, alternative, and private education options give you the freedom to customize their learning to help them build confidence, feel successful, and reach their full potential as a whole-individual.

Here children are not defined by their grades, reading ability, or how quickly they can recall 7 x 8. Children are young humans learning to navigate the ever-changing world, and our role as parents, teachers, adults, and mentors is to guide them safely and be their biggest fans.
